That is why we have teamed up with Rosehill Dairy whose milk is separated cold, low pasteurized, hormone and antibiotic-free that helps preserve the nutrition and flavor of the final product.

Braun has spent countless hours refining and perfecting recipes in his effort to introduce his home state to the true flavor of this timeless dessert. His passion and creativity have driven him to create unique, local based gelato that has won him the recognition and admiration of patrons throughout the Salt Lake Valley.
